Just saw my first wild Florida Panther!!

Kinda crazy to be driving pulling out of the gas station around the corner from my house and see a Panther walking down the sidewalk across the street. It walked about 20 feet, then ducked back into the forest.

Beautiful creatures, aren't they? I saw one way back in the '80s driving in the 'glades with my aunt & uncle who live down there. I didn't realize the significance at the time until my uncle told me how few there were (and are).
