He wasn't blocking anyone but anyone with common sense will know that you can't park there. He comes running out of the restaurant trying to plead his case but the cop wasn't having none of that. His lowered integra probably didn't help him much either.

Have you never been to a "city" before? This is not exactly uncommon....
 
Like OMG I totally saw someone do something totally unspectacular today as well. Let's trade stories over lunch some time.
 
I got my first ticket a few months ago. Parked for 4 hours at a 2 hour meter. I even had the courtesy of putting enough money in it for 4 hours then noticed it said 2 hours max (and the fact that it my quarters never made the number go above 2:00) and said screw it.

What's hilarious is that there is an option to fight the ticket in court with instructions right on the ticket. Only american lawsuit happy people would bring their city to court over a $9 ticket LOL. I just went and paid it and it was the end of it.
