The way I look at it, if you relax and forget about your troubles you will get better and if you collapse into your troubles and cry and cry and cry you will get better. So if you go up or down everything will be ok. That's just the pitts.

Are you speaking of sex or a relationship? Getting sex is not something that is hard to do. Getting into a serious relationship in which you love someone is. I don't think GTaudiophile is looking for sex, so I think he might have a tough time getting what he wants.

That's actually sound advice.

Sometimes I've gotten depressed and threw out all the coping techniques I knew and just curled up and cried for an hour. I felt worlds better after that.
