I'll be in the same boat soon. I am working on losing my 3rd hard drive this month. Something serious is wrong with my computer. All three hard drives are showing the same symptoms too.

Try them in other PCs? If all 3 are dying at once, maybe it's a Mobo or PS problem...

Its a movie, and movies are usually untied to the reality. The producer and the director of the movie apologized (last year, google it) for filming a movie that didn't represent the truth. I am sorry that my name "Turkish" immediately pops things into your mind but I wouldn't do the same to an American. If I had to, I'd say, have you seen "The Valley of the Wolves Iraq".

DeadByDawn: yup, the name Turkish was used in a lot of movies, ie. Snatch, The Godfather, The Usual Suspects... there are a whole lot more, just cannot remember them all right now. Sadly, all bad guys 😱😀:|
 
im reformating right now. Gonna suck installin all my stuff back on.........

I reformatted last night, and the worst part is that i lost my drivers for my wireless network card and the drivers for my video card, were not on the disk. Like when you buy get a video card, and it has a cd, you'd assume that the drivers were in it, but no. So i had to go on the downstairs computer, and download them, and install, now working better

meh, that would suck for me. i cannot stand any slow down, even if its very little (like 5%).
 
I reformatted on Saturday, it always feel good once you get everything squared away.

I don't bother to make an image of my drive because I forget to update my drivers, so whatever I download immediately after a format (latest driver versions) is what I'll have for 4-5 months before I decide to reformat again. Regular reformatting is a good excuse to keep my computer organized
 
longest I've gone without a reformat was a year and a half, and the only reason why I formatted was I sold that computer 🙂 It never really slowed down either
