Just recieved a VERY threatening email.... PLEASE HELP

Indeed, i think about a few hundred of us telling him to back off would be enough.
I have family nearby and will be down that way next week (on my way to the beach to take a break from school) if you need a friend to help poop on his lawn.
 
To everyone saying email him or call him... Bad idea. Once the authorities have been contacted, don't speak to the other person. Just let the authorities do their jobs.

1) He owns his OWN business. The email was sent from his bellsouth account with his business name in the From Field. The headers are intact and show all his info, including his Full Name and IP Address.

This guy is an idiot. No one is stupid enough to say out loud that they want to threaten someone else's life knowing that you can get his address, proof and backing from authorities.

1st Go to the police with the email, like it was stated already a email threat is treaded just like a phone or verbal threat. Second contact his ISP with a copy of the email, ISP dont look kindly to peeps using theyre service for any kind of illegal activity, also mention to them that you maybe need a name and address for the said accout from which that email came from.

And just for good measure I would forward this email to any customers of his..............Im sure they would like to know what kind of man they are dealing with.

Last of all call him, or email him and tell him that you have the email saved and the ISP that the email came from so the email can be traced back to him. Tell him you have contacted the police and his ISP.............if all works out he will be talking to some police, booted of this ISP, and loose some customers
 
These kind of situations remind me how valuable my friendly gangster neighbors are. Drive-by ain't a problem in their bling-bling Escalades 😀
 
Hi all,

Aphex is a friend of mine, and he asked that I post this for him. On Saturday morning, as he was walking out to get the newspaper, he got jumped by 2 guys. They beat him up pretty good, broke his wrist and collarbone, and he's got huge racoon eyes. He got taken to the hospital, and is there tonight. The guy's who jumped him got arrested, and so did the 48 year old guy who made the threats, apparently, one of the guys who jumped him is the 48 year old guy's brother. Aphex is ok though, and should be back tomorrow.

Hope those bastards go away for a long time, and the local PD gets a nice smear job as well for their crappy treatment of the situation. Edit - Letters to the editor of the local paper, perhaps? A few thousand copies of the important parts of this thread ought to get a point across.
