Just received a strange letter in the mail (snail mail)

I don't remember buying or selling anything recently... anyone of you guys here from Evansville, IN 47720???

edits: they put TWO $0.37 cent stamps on it!!!

also, the letter is EMPTY!!!!: There's a inkstamp saying: "RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENTS AT POST OFFICE"



Making it easy to read:

I received a letter. It has three oddities:

[*]It has no name in the Return Field (only address, city, state, zipcode)
[*]The letter is empty.[*]The person used two 37 cent stamps.
