CZ calls up, wants to speak to a supervisor. I guess none were available so the tech walks over to us where we are putting a few more computers on the network. So anyway, since I was on the phones before I took the call.
Im on the phone with the Customer and he is yelling and ranting that his digital phone service is not working blah blah blah, and that it hasn't for the last week. As we are talking, (he was on his cellphone) I hear a phone in the backround, that the customer ingores. So the customer is demanding this month free and three more months free for the downtime.
Taking a hunch I put him on hold and I check the network records, and notice no other outages, and that he has not called in about the phone at all during this week. So I grab another phone and call his home phone. (the one that is "offline")
He answered, I told him this was the supervisor he was just speaking too and it seemed his phone was working just fine, is there anything else I can help him with
He than hung up
