It's about the rider not the bike. Guys on Harleys act like jackasses too. I have a sport bike and I mostly cruise it like an old man. I don't have anyone to impress.

WOW!!! That thing is awesome!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks - I can't wait!
OP, have you looked at the KTM 690 Duke?

Yep - but I'm in a unique situation and a dirt bike fits me much better than a standard. I only have the use of my right arm. So I have a combination of criteria:

Light weight
Upright seating position
Wide bars
Massive suspension travel

It fits all general criteria as well as those specific ones above except for the suspension and wide bars. I need the suspension of a dirt bike to keep a safety net between what I can handle with 1 arm and what the bike can do to keep me firmly planted in the seat. Hitting a pothole was scary when I tried this setup on an FZ07. It's non-issue on my WR250X it's the difference of 4" of travel vs 10". As for the bars, the Duke's are pretty narrow and are difficult to for me to leverage with a steering stabilizer on it.

Finally got her - forgot to post pics. This thing's a beast! Easily walks away from FZ07's, SV650's, and similar. This is the most fun i've ever had on 2 wheels! The Rekluse autoclutch make it so much easier to ride than my WR's dual levers on the right side!
