The last time I used a Ouji board i was 19 and going through M-60 Machine-gun school at Camp Bullis just outside San Antonio. There were 7 of us and when I was on it the plachette was moving so fast my and my partners fingers were not even touching it, we had a hard time keeping up with it. It creeped me out so bad i will never ever touch another one.

She made me play the thing with another non-believer and guess what... the thing DIDN'T move, we just sat there with our fingers on the piece for 10 minutes.

i played with one back in 8th grade.. we were just messin around... it was even just drawn by one of the guys and we used a quater.. how can this thing work right?? so we were messin around.. "chatting" with it.. then we asked it to turn off the flashlight we were using.. keep in mind, the batteries were fresh, and the light was bright... seconds after we asked it to turn the light off, it dimmed and was out in about 2 seconds... the switch was still in the on position.. freaked the sh!t out of all of us

Holy moly, that sounds like something we might try. All i know is that i'm not going to be the one asking! One weird thing is though, one girl had her laptop turned on when we were playing. After about 10-15 minutes, the monitor on the laptop went into sleep mode. Somehow, it turned itself back on a while afterward. I was the closest one sitting to it, and i sure as hell didn't touch it. I checked the screen for any activity, but didn't see anything.
I had a friend whose mother played with a ouiji board when she was in college. She got freaked out by it, so she threw it away. Then she uh... had to do it again... a couple times. :Q

One of my friends was playing with that with a group of people when they went camping. When they asked the "spirit" if they could leave, it constantly said no, but they somehow forced the board to say yes.
On the way home, they got into a huge car accident.

Yeah, i don't think i'll be playing with it again. I'll watch though.
BTW, some dormmates tried it again in two different places. It didn't work in the lounge, and bareellyy worked in one of their rooms.

it's interesting to see how this QUESTIONS already imply another entity/ghost etc...otherwise you would't talk to it like 'YOU....'.
You basically psychologically 'prepare' yourself that 'someone' (a shost/demon etc...) exists....your questions already assume that.
Just some interesting comments regarding human psychology
It's a lot more in the mind than people might think...but this would go far further now and would be another thread......But i hope you get the point....
btw. interesting also the psychological pre-assumption that the 'other being' is 'evil'....otherwise you would not ask it
"may we leave ?" - implying that the 'being' might say "no" (because it is assumed it is evil..etc..etc...).....this is VERY interesting from a psychological point of view
Humans.....shakes head..... I would think that even if you weren't alone, the possibility of demon possession is still there, as demons do possess people even when others are in the room.

In a world where they put warnings on microwaves to not put live creatures in them to preclude lawsuits against cat deaths, I don't think a manufacturer would put out a product that could serve as a channel to demonic possession. I mean, that's a big money law suit. Or do you think MB makes so much money on these boards they're able to quitely settle such suits out of court. Or, maybe, the current CEO is a tool of the anti-christ (or perhaps AC itself) thus cares little of profittability so long as its efforts support the inevitable downfall of civilization. Ever read Crowley, Huxley, Agrippa et al?
