So I was at this LAN gaming cafe where I played 2 games of RA2. It beats any of today's strategy games IMO like Generals and Act of WAR...Long live RA2...I can't wait for RA3...

Ill probably be addicted to this game again 🙁

Its been many a day since a great C&C Game was released. Sad to see Westwood Studios under the blanket of EA.

Dawn of War is probably the best RTS out at the moment with the Winter Assault expansion.

Relic have been in industry, messing with the typical RTS and successfully making 'different' games. Id say Relic are the best RTS makers in the market at the moment.

IIRC, relic only has DoW and the 2 homeworld's under their belt.
wasn't homeworld their first game? amazing if so.

Well, thats 4 excellent RTS titles (Homeworld Cataclysm as well) with a well executed expansion pack to Dawn of War.

Westwood Studios had Dune 2, C&C, RA1 and Tiberian Sun before they were swallowed by EA I think. Im sure Emperor, RA2 and Generals came after they moved to EA. Unsure of where Dune2000 fits into that.

Relic are quite strong in the RTS market I feel. Cant wait for the RTS market to light up again and produce such classic games.

To this day, RA2 is still my favorite RTS. Emperor is pretty fun, but doesn't have anywhere near the complexity of RA2 with the YR expansion.
