I wanted the Shuttle AK35GTR but after trying to get it to Canada for 2 days I gave up and order the Soltek instead from NCIX.

I hope this board performs as good as people say it does! 😀
 
Congrats, Yield! Is this your first move to the wonderful world of 133MHz FSB? Yesterday, I bought a mobo. I got the AK35GTR from Newegg for $114 USD (that's like Two Thousand Canadian, right? 😉 j/k) I also purchased an AthlonXP1800. 😀

This is a big step-up for me. I'm going from a KT133 chipset (yeah, the 100FSB, stuck in the Stone Age chipset) to this nice, speedy KT266A. I'm looking forward to the performance gains of a 33% faster memory bus, and a 50% faster CPU. (stepping up from a 1GHz).

If my current CPU was a 133FSB AThlon C, I wouldn't have bought the XP. But, I have one of original "B" Series TBirds w/the 100FSB. 🙁 So, I'm really psyched! Hopefully, Newegg ships today. It would be nice to have it by Saturday, as Monday is a holiday here in the States (President's Day) and there will be no FEDEX deliveries.

Knowing my luck though, they won't ship until tomorrow, and I'll get it on Tuesday! 🙁 Are you really psyched about your purchase?

I got mine (Soltek SL75DRV) up and running over the weekend with an XP1700+ and a stick of 512MB Mushkin Hi Perf PC2100 CAS2.

Runs like a dream with my Gainward GF3 Ti200 SBLIVE and 3COM nic

going to unlock the CPU in the near future and try some OCing.

I have the Soltek SL-75Drv4 board and it's a really nice sweet mobo. I'm about to get a new 1800+ cpu and a new vid card to really make this puppy scream.

Thanks! and, nope.. I am currently on an MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition running 150 FSB. I hope the Soltek can do at least 150 for me..
