Every time I've ever bought tickets online I had to bring the credit card used to buy them to the theater.

They have a machine that you insert the card into that automatically spits the tickets out.

You might want to contact fandango and see what they have to say about it...they might be able to help.

You can print out the recept and bring it up to the ticket window, but they still ask to see the card you bought it with.

why do people bother with online tickets. Just go to the theatre early and get tickets out of the credit card machine. Bypas the stupid lines all together.

Paying with a virtual CC number probably wasn't the best thing to do...

Better contact Fandango & beg for mercy.

If any of theaters around here had such things, I'm sure I would use them.

Its a little known fact that these machines have a $2 service charge associated with them. You could just use your CC at the box office and save yourself the $2. Whats worth more, the $2 or 5 or 10 minutes you might spend in line?

I've only seen one of the machines that had a fee and it was only 50 cents. and when i buy a childs ticket for $4.50 compared to an adult for $7 or $8, I wouldn't mind the 50cent charge to save 10 minutes of my times.

Unless you make less than $12/hour, the 10 minutes is.

the service fee for fandango is only 50 cents and i cant believe no theaters around you sell out, for instance i bought tickets for LOTR on Wednesday next week 2 weeks ago and the day they came out over half the showings were sold out.
