Just ordered 256mb from Crucial. Will post scores...I'm curious about this..are you?

I just ordered 256mb/PC133/CL2 from Crucial. That'll bring me to 512mb.

I like to keep lots of stuff open...it should help. Just for grins, I will post before and after scores of SANDRA/3DMark2001. I've read lots of info that "any more than 256 is a waste", but at $75 shipped, it was hard to pass up! I let you know the score. Literally!
 
I doubt that you'll see an increase in Sisoft Sandra memory benchmarks. It's not based on how much memory you have but how fast they are.
 
Hmm...now I have a related question. The mem I currently have is rated CAS3, but runs CAS2 just fine (gotta love Infineon) anyway....since the Crucial IS rated CAS2, should I put it in the
0 Dimm slot, or does it make a difference, since the total memory will only run as fast as "the weakest link?" Thanks.
