I just moved here (well, I currently live in a hotel but I am planning on getting an apartment very soon) and I don't start my new job until next Monday. All week I will not have anything to do. You should be careful how you word things. When people from Baltimore read your title, they will assume you've been robbed and had your car stolen!

As for the OP, I'm up in Harford County. There's the aquarium and the Inner Harbor you could check out, preferably in daylight. You could always head down to DC to see the sights down there. Not really the season for sightseeing now though!
 
I would show you around too, and I'm very close to where you are. But, I just moved here about 2-3 months ago, so I don't really know the area at all.
