Just making sure but I can take out my GTX 770 would putting in a GTX 1070 or Sapphire Fury be fine?

I know what power supply I have and watts makes a difference to but the GTX 770 is more power hungry so I should be fine.

Just making sure the GTX 770 and GTX 1070 or Sapphire Fury take the same PCI Express slot. Stupid question I know.
