Thanks, my seti @ home name is actually moonshine_madness (Just changed it), thought it would be easier to keep it all the same. 😀

I assume you mean SETI Driver? After you get everthing setup & working, check the "Hide Processing" in Driver, then hit the "Save Config" button. That will hide the DOS box.

Other settings:
Max Processes- set to "1"(unless you have a dual CPU computer, then set to "2" to run two instances of SETI)
Desired Cache Size- set to what your computer can process in about 4 days
Auto Transmit & Display Transmit- that's up to you

Down in the Progress Monitoring area:
Check "Use SETI Driver"
Check "Use SETI Spy" if you are using SETI Spy
"Use 24 Hour Clock"- up to you
Checking "Create SETILog.csv" will create a very useful log that other add-on programs can read & give you all kinds of stats & info on past WU's. It's up to you if you want that.

The proxy stuff is only needed if you want to send your WU's somewhere other than directly to the Berkeley servers. Let us know if you need more info about that.

Always hit the "Save Config" button after making any changes to SETI Driver

🙂 welcome 🙂
