No. If you do, any data lines (Tivo, DirecTV, security and fax) will have problems. Security and Tivo are the most likely to have problems if you enable bandwidth saver.
If, on the other hand, you have no data lines, the saver is fine. I tried it to see what the voice quality is like and I could hear no difference.

according to my research on the vonage forums, people who have had problems with vonage on the motorola were sent a linksys replacement and there problems went away, but those with no problems on the motorola love the mototrola.Originally posted by: RossMAN
