Just joined the Team, having a problem though.

Hi, I just joined team Anandtech and added a little computing power to the RC5-quest. I have a question though,
in the edit profile page I punch in my distributed.net id number, but it says that this id number does not belong to
team Anandtech.
Does nobody want me? 😀

Hey Matt welcome to the TeAm 😎

We want you, don't you worry about that 😉 Have you joined the TeAm by hitting the "join this team" link from this page? I'll provide the link directly for you too 😉 Join TeAm AnandTech 😎

If you've already done this I apologize for providing redundant information, but there's no such thing as too much knowledge is there?!? 😉

Let us know if that doesn't fix it, we'll figure it out 🙂

With love and respect your fellow TA member

Hmm... I've done that already. The joining the team part that is.
It does register me as a member and I have access to the member pages.
It's just that part with the edit profile page that doesn't work.

Any other suggestions? I thank you for the previous ones though 🙂

There is currently a delay between joining the team at DNet and having your ID in the system at the team web page. Mika is working on an automated process to pull the IDs from DNet on a regular basis, but right now he has to manually run the update. He normally does it about once a week.
