Just installed XP, what do i do from here?

hey everyone, i just made the switch from winMe to XP tonight and was wondering if anyone knew of any good guides to setting up XP (tweaking and whatnot). After installing the latest VIA and ATI drivers, updating windows and disabling UPnP, I'd like to know what else I should do to get my machine running at its best and most secure. Anyone know of any good tweaking guides for XP and my Radeon LE now that I've got a new OS?? thanks a lot!
 
First of all how many mb do you have in your pc. If you have less than 256mb, your pagefile should be around 500mb. if you have more than 256mb, your pagefile should then be around 300mb.

Also, disable hibernation, in the power options screen, unless you actually use it with a desktop pc. Secondly, get your self a good firewall like TPF or zonealarm.

I've had winxp on my pIII 450 for 3 months now, and i haven't had one bsod yet, or it hasn't crashed on me yet. 🙂
