Just installed my 7800GT. I have a few questions...

I think it's a lot faster than the X800Xl it replaced

Anyway, I was running 3DMark05 and was wondering what the typical benchmark settings are such as resolution, AA etc I have my results attached. Are these results to be expected with my system?
My componenents are as follows.

Asus A8NSli Premium
AMD 4400X2 (2250MHz) no affinity set for test.
EVGA GeForce 256MB 7800GT (468MHz)256-P2-N516
1GB OCZ Platinum 2.5, 3, 3, 7
Maxtor 250GB HD (16MB Cache)
Enermax 485W PS
NEC 19" LCD Monitor

First PCMark test @ 1280x1024

If I had an x800xt and hit 6407, and a 6800 ultra that hit 6048, I think you're system needs some tweaking.

I believe the default settings for 3DMark05 are 1024x768, just like 3DMark03, with no AA and no AF.

Yea, I would say you need some tweaking too, and I don't even know what my 7800 GT gets, but it's gotta be over 6k for sure.

The first test was done at 1280X1024 resolution 4 sample AA and gave a score of 5692 . The second test is default values with 1024X768 resolution and no AA. This gave a score of 7603. What are other getting with a similar setup?

The 7603 at default is definitely a more realistic score. I'd say that's comparable to what I've seen
