It actually turns on and everything, I can access the BIOS and stuff. But the very first screen when I turn it on- when it checks the masters and slaves then you press F1 to contunie to DEL for setup. Anyways so I'll hit F1 to continue and that screen comes up, the onyl that nomrlally comes up when you mess up your computer or somthing. You can Choose to boot in Safe Mode, with networking or not, or boot in DOS mode, Boot with last known good configuration, or Boot Windows normally. Well no matter the option that I choose, the computer just restarts, and the loop begins again. Not sure what to do here.

Is it the same chipset on this motherboard as the last one you had?? If not, windows is pretty finicky about different chipsets..

I'm not sure how to install windows from the BIOS, or startup, whatever you want to call it. I'm pretty new at this and somone else installed it for me last time.

Yes, you most definetly need to reinstall your OS. Set your CD to be your first boot device in your bios. Then put your Windows CD in and it should boot to that...then just follow the directions.

Its not booting from my CD, it seems to want a floppy disk. I'm pretty sure everything is in right order, I need to fiddle with it more maybe-but I have to goto work soon.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got this thing working. I should beable to figure everything else out on my own. Thanks guys.
