It's true that some people are too big to even wipe their own ass. You'd be amazed at how many huge people smell like sh!t when they come into the place I work.
I'm still confused as to what it's primary use is. In fact, I think I would rather stay ignorant of that.
You're so fat that you can't reach over the folds of fat to properly clean yourself when going to the bathroom.

...I have one of these. My parents bought it a little while back, none of us are even close to over-weight.
Mind you, it's not the same one, but the idea is similar. It's for scrubbing your back. =/ I don't use it, but I can see how it'd be useful.
