As I was taking my tools back to the garage it occurred to me that I used around eight hundred bucks worth tools to hang a small box with two screws. I may be a spoiled carpenter.

But the tools are re-usable. Just think how many MORE shadow boxes you can hang!

This is me justifying every tool purchase.

Just bought a big handheld band saw just to cut 8 pieces of box steel for my patio.

Definitely could have used my already existing angle grinder and a cut off wheel, but you never know when you might need a band saw right?

In the last year and a half I've bought a cabinet saw, 13" planer, 6" jointer, an upright band saw, a couple nail guns, a 20watt laser, a drill press, a 6" sander, a dust collector, and a bunch of small hand tools. If I keep it up I'm going to have to get a job.
