Very.
I sell notebooks on eBay from time to time, I always reload them prior to shipping and install things like FF, Foxit Reader, OpenOffice, PDF Creator, Irfanview, CCCP, MS Security Essentials (more recently) plus service packs and updates and a few other things. Basically the machine will have a good deal of functionality out of the box so to speak and the buyer can use it if they have to for a period without loading their own software immediately (sometimes this isn't an option for people). My machines re 100% legal as well, no bootleg software and the OS will match the OEM license that came with the notebook.
Anyway so I sell one two weeks ago. Lady gets it. Two days go by, no feedback. Grrr. So then I get an ebay message. The lady says the notebook doesn't have Internet. Uhh? So I ask and it turns out she thinks IE is "the Internet" and this laptop has "Fire Foxes" which is apparently something entirely different. So I explain that IE is on the machine and she's happy. Two more days and no feedback. Now I get another message asking about MS Word. I explain she didn't buy MS Word... she insists it comes with Windows. I explain it doesn't, and that she can use OpenOffice if she doesn't own a licensed copy of Word to use. Her reply is asking me if I can send her the MS Office install disks... Grrrr.. So I tell her only what was listed on the auction is included. Two more days go by, now she is asking for the owner's manual and is angry the notebook is out of warranty. Well, no duh, it's a 2002 notebook, the warranty is looong gone. Finally I get a positive feedback. Case closed, after I get my feedback no more questions!
