despite WAMU being the ghetto bank of our country...their reps were good. I avoided the branch windows. Just did free transfers to Japan with the CS people there.

When JP Morgan's legacy took over I lost credit scores and other freebies...fortunately they still offer free non-Chase and overseas transfers.
