The seller of the co-op I liked accepted my offer. I'm now a homeowner 🙂

Now the stress starts lol

*update*

contract is signed.....down payment is in escrow.

Now starts the mortgage paperwork......

My closing date is "on or around" March 20th.

Pics 🙂

the unit isnt ready yet.

there was a fire two floors below it, its a two story with apartments in the basement (weird) back in august. they just got the $$ from insurance and started the renovations.

I got to see everything thats going in and how its going to look on the realtors laptop. I'll try to get those pics, but I probably can take pics when its finished and i inspect it.

Just make sure you do a thorough walk through and I'd probably get an inspection done if work is being done on it (especially since you've closed already???).

Congrats! It's not bad. It may be tight the first few months, but hopefully you didn't buy more house than you can afford.

I am in the process of purchasing my first home. I close at the end of the month. Now is the time where fear and anxiety has taken over. Was I ready? Should I have waited?

Mine is a 3br 1.5ba for $63000.
