Aaron J. Shelton allegedly set up the robbery Tuesday night by phoning in an order for pizza, coke and chicken wings using his personal cell phone.

It makes me sad we have people this stupid in this country. These are voters, people!

im sure domino's would not like that very much.

If I were delivering, I'm pretty sure I couldn't care less about what domino's thinks. My safety's worth more than any company, or government rules.

Besides, what can they do, other than fire you?

It's not the ammount that was stolen that matters here. It was the violence of armed robbery.

Hopefully this idiot has a record and gets a very long sentence.

Agreed. And the seemingly high bail amount is just to make sure no one can scrape together the necessary 10% for a bail bondsman which would put this jamoke and his phone right back on the street.

I live about 30 minutes away from Chester so I know the area, you really need to expect this delivering pizza around there. Only slightly dumber would be doing it in Camden. It's inevitable and the OP should get another job because it's going to happen again a month from now. Next time they might take your car and the pizza (and the cannolli).

BTW, it's not a black thing, it's not a hispanic thing, it's not a white thing...it's a poor thing.

Jesus is alive.

Back on track good idea to get the hell out of there OP. Glad your ok.

Yeah, West Chester rocks! And I LOVE that one of THE main intersections in the middle of downtown is @ Gay and High Sts.!

You can't make this stuff up! :p

Big difference between Chester and West Chester. Yeah, unfortunately all the bars are on Gay St. Always get a smartass response from someone when you tell them you are going to Gay St on Friday night.

UPDATE:
I got a call yesterday from the main police officer I dealt with and he said that I need to be at district court at 9 AM today. I said that was fine.
I got there at 9 today and went in to a room with a bunch of other people just sitting there.
I waited there for like an hour and then the cop showed up with the victim services lady and they told me that the prisoners weren't there yet and then told me that they may or may not need me.
I waited about another hour and then eventually a lady came in to the room and asked if there were any witnesses in the room. I went up and she asked what case. I told her and she told me that he was there and that he had just waived the hearing thing. Basically, he accepted all of the charges against him and it will no go straight to the main court. That trial will be in a few months if he doesn't plea out.

Most fun two hours of my life!

He was waiting to see if you showed up to waive. If you didn't, he would have gone for a dismissal. He'll do it every time too at the direction of his public defender. Next time, he'll wait for you to show and his lawyer will ask for a continuance. Expect several delays that you have to be at. If you miss one, they will get a dismissal.

Now he knows there is a witness. That gives him 2 months to get his friends to take care of the witness. :p

CHESTER TOWNSHIP ? A suspect in the armed robbery of a pizza deliveryman was nabbed after his cell phone number showed up on the caller ID at Domino?s Pizza. Aaron J. Shelton allegedly set up the robbery Tuesday night by phoning in an order for pizza, coke and chicken wings using his personal cell phone. He gave an address in the 4000 block of Gideon Road for the food delivery, then he and another man waited, according to the affidavit of probable cause written by Officer James Mullen. When the deliveryman showed up around 9:53 p.m., Shelton approached him, pointed a black handgun at him and ordered him to hand over his money, the affidavit states. The pizza man put down the hot bag, put $20 on top of the bag and stepped back. He saw a second man come out from the shadows and both suspects pick up the money and the food, according to the affidavit. The deliveryman fled and called 911. When police checked with Domino?s Pizza, they obtained the cell phone number and its owner?s name and address. Shelton, of the 4000 block of Worrilow Road, Chester Township, is being held on $250,000 cash bail after his arraignment by Senior Magisterial District Judge Kenneth Miller. Police are still searching for Shelton?s accomplice. ? CINDY SCHARR

16 or 20? Something is not right.

We need the other side of the story.

Given the intelligence of the perp, OP has nothing to worry about.

the person got sentenced to 1 year in jail not including the time he has already served (over a year).
also, turns out the guy was on parole/probation already when he robbed me, so he will be in for like 6 more years.

case closed...... FINALLY...
