Just got PS Move...

So, I've been wanting the PS Move, and finally decided to get it for LBP2 and Killzone 3 (specifically KZ3). I booted up the demo disc and installed The Shoot, Eyepet, Tumble, and Kung Fu Rider. Initially I played the shoot for about 5 mins, it was alright, but I didn't have a good setup I think. I then tried Tumble and spent some time, and for some reason, I still don't think I have a great setup. So I put my monitor on top of a stack of magazines, and then booted up Kung Fu Rider. Now, this was more fun than the other two, if only for a few mins before it got old (the game itself, not the motion controller). What I did was stand up, put the monitor on magazines, and give myself more room to spread out and it seemed to work a lot better. More sensitive and on track than before while sitting down and about 2 feet away. Makes sense I suppose. I did boot up Eyepet, but it was saying to have a clear area, and with a glass desk and everything, just isn't going to happen at the moment.

Do I need to play Sports Champions to get the full feel of the Move? I hesitated to open it, that way if I didn't have the correct setup at my house, I'd just wait to get it for KZ3 with the gun and fix my setup then. I still haven't opened the actual game (plastic), so I'm curious as to whether I need to try that to really experience Move or not. I felt Kung Fu Rider did an okay job of showing the fun and all, but I really want to test the precision and really my setup in general. If not SC, then any demos from the store I need to try?

Sports Champions is far better than any of those demos. And it has you calibrate for you current setup so you'll have a better idea on how the camera is supposed to be, and it'll compensate to a point. You'll be shocked how accurate ping pong and frisbee golf are.

All I can say right now is make sure your camera is set to the blue setting.

sports champions is a great game. I love frisbee golf. Ping pong is fun but seems it can be better.

I am really waiting for a good shooting game.

Also if you have kids Ipet is fun. I got it for my daughter and she loves it. its kinda cute.

Ping Pong is alright...but I love Archery. I thought it was cool on the Wii, but man, I love it on Sports Champions. Gladiator Duel is alright, doesn't register as well as archery or ping pong. Haven't tried the others yet, but I now want another controller, if only just for archery (and maybe it'll make Gladiator Duel better). Reaching back for the arrow and firing is a lot of fun honestly.

Whole family loves disc golf. Great times. Love the move.
Wish I could find another controller in stock...

Just got KZ2 in preperation for KZ3 when it comes out.

We usually have plenty at our store (BB), I plan on picking one up next pay check for multiplayer and single (with two).

Really want to know how much the gun attachment for KZ3 is gonna be. NVM, $39.99 apparently.

Planet Minigolf is fun too albeit a bit challenging and frustrating at times. But it plays with the move well. Only $10 at the PSN Store. 7xx meg download for the full version. It even has online multiplayer!

I wish Sports Champions had online multiplayer.

Can't wait for Virtua tennis 4 or Top Spin 4 to come out.

I want a decent sword/light saber fighting game like Bushido(spelling?) blade from the PS2 days. Basically defend a ton because 1 hit and you're maimed or dead.

Alright, so I'm heavily looking forward to KZ3 without Move possibilities, but now looking forward to with Move for SP. However, I'm bothered by something.

Is it actually possibly to have the gun track 1:1? And what I mean by this is, if I move the gun left, why is my gun not moving left, and just the trigger? To me, not only does this make it unrealistic, but it makes it seem odd and takes me out of the experience by just watching the video. I mean also moving the camera and all that...you know, like in a standard FPS.
Seems like it is about the same with MAG too.
