I had a white 1G iPod Nano, that looked better than its black counterpart because it didn't show all the scratches that accumulated on it.

The point is most people know there are white IP4 exist but Apple keeps delaying it so having a white one creates a mystery to it.
Show a white IP4 to any girl with an iphone and her eyes just lights up.

Its funny but in my real world experience in the last 2 days of having a white IP4, every iphone owners have expressed curiousity as how I got one. And every single girl asked as to how they can get one.

I'll assume you're referring to me, and not the Original Poster, Kaerflog, of this thread, regarding the newly acquired white iP4.

Edit - And its still a silly reason to believe a phone is better based on its color. If you like the white version, fine, its your phone. But don't believe that its somehow superior to other colored versions, its the same phone with a different color plastic.

Although a phone having more value because of its color is stupid, I don't think anyone in this thread has claimed that its a better device. From what I can tell the OP just prefers a white phone.

I completely agree that the white one sucks. I never liked white phones over black phones, and I don't see the loss of the white iPhone 4 as a big loss anyway. Sure some people want it, but I think it's better than only having a white one and not being able to build a black one.

What I was angry about was Bateluer seems to take every stab at Apple he can, and he does so here by calling the OP an Apple fanboy, or trying to bash Apple fanboys. If we're so intent on discussing black vs white devices, then let's keep it there.

Do did you actually pay the $100+ for one of those white conversion kits? Where did you get the kit? whiteiphone4.us?

I like the white iPhone 4 too, but wouldn't pay for a conversion kit that's going to void my warranty.
