And I found that they have a female 3 pin connector. Turns out my TruePower330 also has one female 3 pin connector. Would it be better to get this female to male Y splitter and hook it up to my powersupply, or to get this (last item) 4 pin tail connector for my fans? Thanks.

That is the connector you use to plug the fan into a fan header on your motherboard, not directly to your powersupply. If you want to connect it directly to your powersupply, use your 2nd link.

If you are out of fan headers on your mobo, I would recommend just getting the 4 pin power connector tail, as you will not have RPM monitoring anyway.
