Ok. I will probably never do any overclocking, but another fan can never hurt I figured. Well, on the back of the case EN-7237, there is a spot for the fan. Is this fan supposed to blow air, or suck it out? And if it is supposed to suck, is there a setting on the fan, or do you just install it backwards? Thanks in advance.

I think the fan on the front draws air in, so you should probably have the one in the back blow air out. Just do it opposite of the one in the front and just do it by turning it around. There are no settings to adjust.

My recommendation is to make the front one the intake fan if it is not already, and install the rear fan so that it blows air out of the case. That way, when the hot air comes off of the heatsink, the exhaust fan will suck it out the back (better heat dissipation).

Hope this helps. :)

I have the same case, I have an old toyo 92mm fan lying around that I was thinking of using to blow air out the back of the case except I found out last night the case is drilled for an 80mm fan so either I dremel out a hole for my 92mm or put new holes in the fan. But more realistically, I'm gonna buy a new fan! :) What I did do to modify the case was to cut out a 90mm hole in the front of the case to allow the intake fan on the front more air. I also put some screening in there as a dust shield. It's certainly alot more air than those tiny holes in the front. Right now, I have my CPU temp at idle around 38/39C versus 43.5C that it was before.

This is with a 1.0gigCPU with the stock AMD HSF and I'm not overclocking.

I was thinking of adding a fan to the cover too (right in front of the CPU) but that's another project...

I just changed cases from the 7237mod (120mm-front, 80mm-back and blow hole) to an Antec SX840 and yes you always want front cool air in and back hot air out.

Try to balance the cfm in with the cfm out.

I have front intake, rear exhaust in my 7237. Although I did enlarge the front to accomodate two 80mm and the rear to accomodate one 92mm.

Nice pics BuckMaster, actaully I saw your post somewhere on this forum, when I clicked on your website, I recognized it right away....

I know a couple of folks who put a whole in the top of their cases, but I didn't look to see if the Enlight 7237's top is easily removeable. I'm not about to go cutting through aluminum with the cards inside of it, unlike the sides which are removable. I'm going to add a fan to the back and I might use the 92mm fan I have on the side door sooner or later..

Hey jayH,

Yea I was upgrading my PC so I removed everything and traced off a grill for the top 92MM Fan and used a Dremel Tool to cut out the hole. It didnt take near aslong as it did for the window. :) I still need to get my a Neon light but been to busy.

I just ordered me another Enlight Case and building another PC but using one of the new MSI boards 266A pro2.
