Just got my credit report - couple of questions

First of all, there are a couple of items that have been paid which are on it . . . student loans, a couple of car loans, and a credit card that I no longer have. These are still listed as "open".

Also, I have lived in 4 places in the last five years, but that has swelled to 12 different places due to misspellings and grammatical errors in the addresses, which makes it look like I've moved around a lot.

I'm wanting to buy a new car soon, and the last couple times I've done so I needed a co-signer. Would taking care of these issues help me out any?

On the loans (which are a fixed credit), as long as the balance says zero, and the payment record is good, it's fine. On the CC, which is open-ended, you should contact them and have them update that to closed.

On the dozen addresses, if the typos are obvious, it won't hurt anything. Any that are not obvious should be cleaned up. Hell, I have that many and I've lived at the same place for 11 years.
