Just got my BFG 6800OC

I just got my BFG6800OC and it says Farcry inside and I do not see farcry inside. I looked on the 2 install CD's I got and I don't see it. Am I missing something or did I just not get it? What should I do? Thanks!

There should be 5 CDs in a single platic cover for Far Cry.

Was the box open?

no I don't believe the box was open.. definitely isn't something with 5 CD's inside it... Guess I have to return it.

You don't believe the box was opened? Was it sealed in plastic wrap or not? If not, somebody already did the same thing your doing.

Shrink wrapping is not hard to do at all. I knew a guy that worked at a video store and used this to return games after he had finished them. The machine worked like a charm and you couldn't tell it had ever been opened. I imagine you could get BFG to send you the missing discs.

Yeah, I'd try and see if there was any way BFG could help you out with the missing dics. I don't know if they would, since there's little way to prove you never received them without sending the whole box in, but having to send the entire thing back would not be fun.

talking about the bfg6800OC, which im getting soon, what do you guys think about the cooling system.

Seems adequate. Have mine OC'd and the pipes open. Temp jumps up to 55c after a long bout of gaming..but nothing above that.

I got my Farcry on a DVD (from Monarch with a combo). Make sure yours isn't.

EDIT: PS - would a 6800OC bottleneck a 2500+ Barton?

Has anyone dealt with customer service for BFG 6800 GT OC? I got mine about 4 months ago and just recently the card is acting up BIG time. I keep getting blank screens or snow effect...which the only way to shut down is holding the power botton. I don't think its my power supply but am going to order one this week. I will take out the video card tonight and put in my old GF4 4400GTS and see if the problem goes away.

If anyone has dealt with BFG customer service for returns/replacements, please share your experience. Thanks.
