No... not as a present. The fedex guy delivered it... I felt sooo bad for him, I didn't have it scheduled to come until next week! I will say this once and only once, damn you monarch for your fast service!

Anyway can anyone help me decode the numbers on it, mainly I would like to know what week it was made. Well here they are:

My guess is that third part means 2004 week 42, which would be nice, but let me know. Thanks in advance.
