Just got back from SpiderMan... Great Movie!!!!

People might ruin it by spouting off about how good it was... I enjoyed it imensely, because I walked into the theatre thinking it was going to suck hard. It's the best way to go into a movie, because the movie can't possibly suck as much as I think it will, so, I end up loving it... The reverse is also true, if I think I'm going to love a movie, it ends up being 'eh' or I think it sucks...

I saw the movie last night, and I can't say how cool this movie was. I thought they did a great job with X-Men, but this completely blew my mind! The entire movie was amazing and I think I'm going to go see it again. This is a move that you MUST see in the theatres. Seeing Spider-Man swinging around the city on a big screen is a must for your first viewing. To the person that posted

, Spanky... don't kid yourself. If you don't see this in the theatre you'll be missing out on so much of the experience. Suck it up and pay the $5. Sell yourself on the street if you have to, just go see it on a big screen! I can't say this enthusiasticly enough!
 
awesome movie. i'm glad it didnt turn out to be another godzilla, when i was very very disappointed memorial day weekend the year it was released.

Willem Dafoe is the fuggin' man. He plays an AWESOME villan 😀 And Kirsten is a hottie. Tobey played an excellent role as well.

I have heard form one of my buddies that they are already shooting the second one and there will be atleast 3 monies (thats what the contract is for... )
 
I just saw it last night, and I will see it at least one more time in the theater... my home theater system may be nice, but it's nothing compared to a real theater's soundsystem. Not to mention that I don't have a 800" screen either 🙂

Can't wait for part 2 in like 2005.

Any guesses on who the villians will be?
 
I really want to see this movie again. It was so good...

anyway for the 2nd movie we will probably see another "old" spidey villian.

Lizard
Rhino
etc...

I doubt we will see Venom in the 2nd movie. Although Eddie Brock might have a role in the movie at the Daily Bugle. A CGI Venom might be cool. 🙂

One of my friends said that in the movie there is a scene where they say that Eddie is on assignment. I didn't catch that last night.
 
What's the whole deal with Harry saying that he will never rest until he gets back Spider-Man (for what happened to his dad)...will that come into play in the second movie? :Q

definetly, until people have screens that cover entire walls in their houses there are certain movies you just have to see at the theater🙂

In the comics Harry becomes the "new" Green Goblin.

I was wondering if they will do anything with this in the second movie as well. Although I dont know if they will have the Goblin as the main villian for 2 movies.

Agreed.

Outstanding movie! It was great and I never liked the whole sci-fi/superhero junk...nor did I know the spiderman story. Kickass movie!

I thought it was nice how they redone the story to make it more modern.

Like the fact that Spiderman's Webs actually come from him and not from his web shooters like in the comics.
