No kidding. I read recently that the real estate industry went from 800,000 jobs five years ago to 1,400,000 jobs today (I have to double check those numbers) where it had been relatively steady for the decade before that. Now that it's contracting there will be a lot of people new to the industry that are going to have to find a new line of work.Originally posted by: alkemyst
none of that is really impressive. The real estate agent is probably in for a rude awakening if not already. A 1.4 Million dollar house is not that great today esp since there is not a real way to determine it's value in this market until it sells.
X3 is entry level BMW SUV.
When you have two people in a realtionship both in above average jobs disposable income goes a LONG way esp if neither took on large amounts of debt.
I don't get the slideshow at the wedding though. What was it a brag and moan feast?
What was your cousin's degree in? Does she have something to fall back on outside of real estate?
