Montreal is WAY overhyped. The city is hardly populated and mostly consists of sleazy stripclubs. I had a great time because I was with my best friends, but we could have had the same time in NY. Waste of cash to fly up to Canada.

Have you been to NYC? Even New Orleans blows that place out of the water. Is Montreal Canada's best offering for fun towns?
 
then you went to a lame-4ss bachelor party in Canada....

there are reasons to have those things up there.....you apparently, and your friends, weren't aware of them!
