Just got a speeding ticket... DAMN IT!

I just got pulled over on the way home from the bar... I had a few drinks and probably would have blown over if I had gone through a road block... but anyways I got a ticket going 105 in an 80 zone (in Canada). I didn't sign the ticket saying I received it... does that need to be signed or does it just not matter and too bad. Because I want to dispute it, I do not think that I deserved the ticket... but then again nobody ever does . Usually they ask for insurance papers and license but he only asked me for license. Could I not pay it and get away with/or not dispute it and if they said that I was speeding that night have an alibi and because its not signed they can't do anything? Sorry if this jumbled... its late, I am tired, and there was another party near my house when I got home so I am a bit drunk .

I wasn't exactly drunk at that point in time, I had drank 2 shots and a beer, might have blown over, might not. I weigh 90kgs so its not that much, but I had only eaten lunch today so might have made it so I would blow over.

Pay the ticket,
don't drink/drive again.
Get a ride from a designated driver,
or drink at home,next time.
