I just bought a 40" Samsung LCD 1080p for the bedroom ($598). I figure I'll pick up a blu-ray player in a month or so to go with it. I already have an HD-DVR on the way.

Early Christmas present for my wife and I.
 
Great Deal. A friend of mines got the same bundle with the 52" Z series Bravia. I am not a fan of 120Hz, but damn, SONY does it the best of all of them. He paid $1430 I think.

I wanted to jump on the XBOX/42" Viera deal instead, but went to PC Richards and picked up a 50" LG Plasma (720p) for 700 even (after tax) instead. Even for 720p, the picture looks really nice.
 
Few weeks ago I got a 50" Panasonic plasma for about $650 after bing discount. Its 720P though so flame on 😉

Lets say I want a full-motion wall mount, but I want to be able to fully swivel the TV 90 degrees. Is there one out there that extends far enough from the wall that will allow me to do that? I cant seem to find one 🙁
 
How did you get it to $900? I added the 46" 120hz LCD for $1400, the ps3, uncharted, and Taking of Pelham... and my total without tax was about $1200. Am I missing something?
