I just took Vista off this Compaq laptop I'm using today and put XP Pro (which was a pain in the ass because Compaq only gives Vista drivers). If I were you I'd find an OEM Vista disc matching the version you have and delete all partitions, including the recovery partition if it has one, and load Vista that way. Then put only the programs you want back on there.
And yeah, put this in the right forum man.
It came with Vista Home Premium.....where can I get an OEM Vista disk so that I can install it using my cd-key?
There is no easy answer to your problem with exception of one which may take some luck. What you need to do is contact Toshiba and see if they can provide you with OEM copy of Vista Home Premium without a CD Key and ask how much it costs. I doubt it will be more than $10 plus shipping. Make sure you specify that you want an OEM copy and not another Recovery Disk. The dumb phone reps do not know the difference sometimes so make sure you are on the same page with them.
If the above doesn't work then you can try any of these options:
1. Get another OEM copy of Vista Home Premium with cd key. This is obviously expensive and seems wasteful, but that doesn't mean that it isn't an option since it will work.
2. Make a list of all remaining bloatware on your computer and start data mining Google for instructions on how to uninstall each of them individually. If you are having this problem then someone else probably is too.
