Have heard you have to install the drivers right to avoid problems so which should i do first and should i get them from uli site or asrocks site they kind of look different.
 
The ULi 2.1 integrated driver is working fine for me. Install order can make a difference if you're using AGP - install the AGP driver before installing the graphics drivers.
 
Thanks guys well I have the pc running but i'm a bit concerned as when i try to boot using the memtest86 cd it just keeps restarting over and over again. That can't be a good sign.

3dmark01 displays the first game then the screen goes black.
