I had some blood work done a bit ago and just found out that my cholesterol and triglycerides are all out of control.

I'm a bit concerned but don't want to freak out about it.

I was wondering if something like Nutrisystem would be a possible solution to correct imbalance along with exercise?

I just need something that has no thought to it at least at first in order to get things in check.

Diet is perhaps more important than exercise, but you definitely need to get yourself in check. Refer to the "fat loss" sticky. It has a diet portion about it that applies to everyone. You may also need to take some medication, but I'd start with diet and exercise first.

What do you mean by out of control? Numbers would be nice to know so we know what you're battling against. Also what is your diet like? My triglycerides go up when I eat carbs.

I have high LDL but not triglycerides . I exercise plenty but have seriously struggled with eating well. I highly suggest you take a hard look at your diet.
