Just finished writing a 28 page paper

that was the longest paper i ever had. i'm looking forward to be working on my industrial design senior thesis in two years.

For all of those with 30+ page papers for academics, how many of you have been published?

I think most of my college papers were in the 2 to 5 pages range. Longer just means more BS fillers and waste of time.

Post college, everything has been one page or less.

I have been published 5 times, 6 if you count conference proceedings. My latest publication was in the February 2007 edition of The Federal Circuit Bar Journal. My first was published in the 1999 National Conference for Undergraduate Research.

my thesis will be the longest, probably 30-50 pages with all the pictures and graphs, etc.

the idea of such a long paper scares me, but from what people have said, its not all done at once, and when its spread out over time, its really not that bad

So far my longest work is maybe like 25 pages...history paper, mass transport modelling report, etc.

I'd imagine it'd have to be bumped up a notch after this summer.

264 page design review for my senior design project. That includes cover page, TOC, and appendices. 169 Pages of actual writing, the appendix went from 170 to 262.
