I've never put this many hours into a single player campaign - I've beaten it about 6 times, and right now I'm in the middle of single-player Legendary (at the "Assault on the Control Room" level and not doing well). Every Friday (almost every friday) I have Halo LAN fests at my friend's garage, where 16 people just duke it out and play CTF. In my opinion, this is easily the best game of the last 2-3 years; better than Counterstrike and Starcraft.

Nope, he's lying. Obviously he and his 15 "friends" don't have computers, and never played better games. I suppose for the xbox, HALO would be the second best game. I've just never liked it.

Let's see here, I was in !Z! clan for starcraft, with :+:Jolly:+: and :+: Psyduck:+:, which were, at one point in time, ranked #2 and #4 WORLDWIDE, and I am saying Halo is better than Starcraft because Starcraft's single player missions were okay, but nothing near Halo, and with a Halo 16 player LAN fest, there's nothing like hearing your friends yell at you because you're killing them too much.

16 player Starcraft LAN? You don't hear too much.

Quake 1 is the best game that has ever been made... seriously.

Halo's play is WAY too slow for my liking, even worse than ut2k3.

Nothing beats an 8 player Quake deathmatch!
