SetiQueue for myself to use for my work PCs.

🙂

One question, can the port be changed to, say, 80, or does it have to be 5517? I'm sure the PCs at work can't get out via port 5517 but can do port 80 thru the proxy.

I just hope AT&T doesn't change my IP that often 😕

You can set it in the queue to be whatever port you want. OK has his at 5001. I left mine at the default and it worked fine.

I use port 443 because of firewall issues at work 😀 (saving port 80 incase i wanna host a mini-website on my ftp server box 😀)

Can SETIQueue be set to listen on multiple ports? I have no idea what ports are open on the firewall at work.

Although, I could find out rather easily I suppose.

I don't think it can be set to listen on multiple ports. At least I couldn't find a way to do it, which doesn' mean it can't be done. 🙂

I beleive you can assign different ports to different clients but that won't help you much in this case.

Yes, you can put SetiQueue on port 80, just like mine (http://teamanandtech.d2g.com) 🙂

If you do not wish to change all the settings on your queue then feel free to use my queue, it's hosted on a 512/128k cable, and the server is running very stable (until yesterday was up for nearly 7 days, only needed to reboot so that I could add some more RAM 🙂)
