one thing that i have going against me is that I don't believe i heard the safety button pop when i opened it.
they may claim that i should have noticed and then returned the juice to the store.

you guys can call dibs on anything you want (car, 4 computers, and clothes is about all i have in assets - probably worth about $10,000 altogether)
but if i die, my family is getting $250,000 from my life insurance policy. hmm... no wonder they were a bit pushy about me getting that LI policty.
