Yea, I don't why the person that made the wallpaper had to advertize! How would I go about getting rid of that advertisement?

Clip it with Photoshop. Forget erasing.

yeah dont know why ppl are complaining unless not using windows, taskbar is hidden/somewhere else, and the bottom would be visibile when logged off/locked.
