Haven't heard too much about Zalman PSU's, whether they're quality or no. To be safe you could always go with a Fortron FSP, Antec, Seasonic, etc...

Everything else looks good

Vista is included in his list, and he says he might not even need it...

If I were building, I would go with 4GB of the Supertalent 667, unless you are hell bent on getting to 1600FSB with this build. Even so you may be able to get the ST there or get it close. DDR2 800 offers no performance advantage until you get to 1600mhz FSB and being that 4GB of 667 will only run you ~$160 tot I would go that way.

I think the difference was only about $30.

And 4GB is useless for me. I do use Photoshop and such, but I never actually use more than 1.5GB. I can always add more later, keep the money on core components.

I guess I'm not high anymore...

Personal preference but I find the P180 to be hideous, I also don't care for it's liberal use of plastic in it's construction. I would go with something like the PC-7B

The Zalman PSU is actually a variation of a high-end FSP so it's a very good unit but probably a bit more wattage then you can practically benefit from unless you are going to be overclocking or going SLi. Assuming you answer "no" to the before mentioned statements I would go with the 380 watt Seasonic S12.

It's a GTS and this system will be overclocked slightly, I'm sure I need more than 380W. It's not actually mine but for a friend, I'll bump the FSB to 333 from 266 and leave it there.

IF you use Photoshop a lot, get an extra HD to use as Scratch-disk. That will speed up the computer somewhat :)
