One day this week we had a 40 degree temperature change from a low of 35 to a high of 74. Several others days had a swing of 30 degrees or more.

January ended about 2 degrees below normal overall, while February is currently 8 degrees above normal overall. I'm hoping June, July and August will follow January's lead.

cold here today.

a low of -11C and a high today of -7C not including the windchill.

Tomorrow it's supposed to be 5C.

I hate roller-coaster weather.

The days are getting longer, I noticed when I am done work there is some light outside now. Some light before work too.

We had a brief period of cold with some minor snow squalls and back to +1 now. I do hope we get a good snow dump though or it will be a bad forest fire season again.

Weirdly, it's not that cold at night but in the morning from 7 AM to 1 PM, I get the shivers and don't want to get out of bed. My job starts at 3 PM so that's good.

Got some kind of nasty weather system coming our way, so far I just see a bit of snow though...

Calling for freezing rain, ice pellets, 10-15cm of snow, and a thunderstorm. The weather is really confused it seems lol. A thunderstorm in middle of winter would be pretty rad though.

-11 now, it was +2 earlier.

Still just some light snow so far.

I'm more worried about Quebec though, their power grid is super fragile and if they get hit it means I'll be busy. :p

-19 now lol. With -30 windchill.

The wind is also really strong, didn't realize until I went outside. I'm home from work now and it looks like we're getting some ice pellets and the storm is starting, it's white out outside right now.

Well at least I dodged that bullet for now. I'll deal with the after math when I get to work in 12 hours. :p
