Something was messed up my old athlon 1200mhz nonoverclocked started overheating, don't know why running high 50C. So I bought a bunch of new crap but while i was waiting, took my vornado small room fan stuck it pointing at the case with the side off now it runs way cooler 
46C under load, 40C idle. its approximately a 200mm fan probably puts through massive CFM and its only running at middle speed, about 1600rpm, imagine if i clicked it to high
